These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 9abon ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 9abon Casino website, mobile interface, games, sports betting, and all related services available at 9abon.vip ("the Platform").

By accessing the 9abon website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account. 9abon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the 9abon Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino gambling in the Philippines as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 9abon strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and registrations by legal entities are not permitted on the Platform.

• You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 9abon or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• You must not be registered on any national gambling exclusion register or equivalent self-exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of 9abon, or an immediate family member of any such person.

9abon reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 9abon may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the 9abon Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. 9abon employs technical and manual review processes to identify multiple accounts, and all such accounts are subject to immediate closure with forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided to 9abon is truthful and not misleading in any material respect.

In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and applicable Philippine law, 9abon requires all Players to complete KYC identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID)
• A clear selfie holding the submitted ID
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing matching name) where applicable

9abon reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as required by PAGCOR regulations or internal compliance procedures. Accounts that remain unverified after the specified verification period may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9abon account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

9abon will never ask you for your password through any channel, including Live Chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from 9abon that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 9abon immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 9abon shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, or from your failure to promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

All deposits to your 9abon account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method owned by another person — are prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment method may be voided and the corresponding amount removed from your balance.

9abon accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for individual payment methods.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method registered in the same name as the 9abon account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200, or as otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes for GCash and Maya for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–4 business hours.
• 9abon reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of unusual size or frequency, which may result in processing delays while reviews are completed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawal of a bonus amount without meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

9abon offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General conditions applicable to all 9abon bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited exclusively to eligible accounts and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus type may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, or per payment method, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• 9abon reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted by a Player will continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• 9abon reserves the right to disqualify Players from bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or any form of fraudulent activity related to promotional offers.

All games available on the 9abon Platform — including online slots, live dealer games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, fishing games, and arcade titles — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules specifically supersede a provision herein.

9abon's slot and RNG-based games operate using certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) figures. Certified RTP percentages are available within each game's information panel on the 9abon Platform.

Live dealer games on 9abon are conducted by professional studios under real-time video streaming. The result of any live game is final as determined by the dealer and confirmed by the studio system. In cases of technical disconnection or stream interruption during a live game round, the outcome recorded by the studio system at the time of disconnection is considered final and binding.

Sports betting odds and markets on 9abon are subject to the specific rules of each sport and competition. 9abon reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, suspected match manipulation, or technical errors in odds calculation. Void bets are returned to the Player's account balance at the full stake amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9abon Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the 9abon Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage on any game or promotion.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting results, or promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or other integrity violations in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or misconfigured bonus systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and must be returned to 9abon.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes a financial crime under Philippine law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9abon staff or other Players through any channel.

9abon is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in compliance with PAGCOR's Player Protection Framework. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within a Player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the total amount deposited into their 9abon account within a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which no further real-money wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session reminders that notify them of elapsed playing time at specified intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, allowing Players to take a break from gambling without permanent closure of their account.

All content on the 9abon Platform — including but not limited to the 9abon brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audiovisual content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9abon or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

No portion of the 9abon Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, disassembled, modified, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 9abon. Any unauthorized use of 9abon's intellectual property may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense or assign the granted access rights to any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9abon's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising from contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 9abon account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9abon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether or not 9abon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 9abon shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond 9abon's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, jackpot displays, or game information that are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Financial decisions made by a Player based on their use of the Platform, including gambling losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 9abon's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 9abon's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

9abon reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account is registered to a person under 21 years of age.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the Player.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, 9abon reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been derived through prohibited conduct, it may be forfeited permanently.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 9abon account may do so at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or email. Voluntary account closures will result in the withdrawal of any eligible remaining balance to the Player's verified payment method.

9abon collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 9abon Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

9abon complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, financial transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Platform services.

9abon will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC), third-party payment processors, identity verification service providers, and game software providers, strictly as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the 9abon Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 9abon's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 9abon will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, the Parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For regulatory matters, 9abon is subject to the jurisdiction and oversight of PAGCOR as the licensing authority.

9abon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 9abon will notify active Players through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the Platform homepage, an email to the Player's registered email address, or an in-platform notification upon next login.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of the updated document. Your continued use of the 9abon Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to cease using the Platform and request account closure.
